Where did they all go
« on: September 17, 2011, 06:08:35 pm »
I spent 2 1/2 hours doing surveys with global test market, surveyhead and ssi daily survey.  I was happy to be eligible to take the survey and complete each one.  I also clicked on the paid video link and watched it , two different times.  That one doesn't even show that I clicked on it. I downloaded the whitesmoke download and installed and put my email on it after installation as required.  I thought I had a good morning going.  Then I find out I got no credit for any of these.  What a disappointing day.  I understand an item not crediting once in a while, but this was crazy.   Yes, I cleared my cookies before Coming on this morning.

My recommendation is keep the "survey completed" page up until you see you were paid for it. Often these surveys pop up into new tabs or new windows so you can go to your account on the original window to make sure you were paid. As for the videos lately I have had to use IE rather than my preferred browser FF in order to get paid for the videos so I recommend trying another browser. Lastly for the ones where you download and install something rarely have I gotten paid out on those so I see them more at your own risk types

It is very important to keep the 'congrats' or 'survey completed' screen open for at least 10 minutes or so. Shrinking it and opening my browser again to check my account page or whatever has not interfered with crediting for me. If the survey does credit, the approval invariably shows up on the FC toolbar scroll before it credits on the account page.

Of course, there are glitches and the crediting system by the sponsors of the daily surveys certainly needs some improvement. There is really nothing FC can do to help with that though. All FC can do is offer tips to give you the best shot at having the offers credit.

By following the tips offered by FC and members in the forum, I have improved my percentage of survey successes markedly without having to take excessive time with them. Yeah, some surveys are long and tedious, then don't even credit, but others do. You have to decide for yourself whether the dailies are worth your time and effort. My best advice is to read the suggestions of other members very carefully. Some members do quite well with these, and I count myself among them. The approvals apply to the $15 in offers needed for cashing out after all.  :peace:

It sometimes takes time for offers to credit.  Give it at least 24 hours.  If you have no or little credit after 24 hours, I suggest that you open a support ticket.

I have a macbook and I sometimes have trouble getting credit when I use safari, especially with videos.  Firefox works 50 percent of the time.  Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. I am talking about receiving credit. I can watch videos using safari or firefox but I do not always get credit.    I have found my best results happen with google chrome.

When you did the surveys, did you get to the "thank you" or "you are done" page?  There is always a final page.

I hope that things work out for you.  I have been with Fusion cash going on two years.  I have had some offers not credit but the majority have.  I am expecting my eighth payment this week.   it is a good site.
