Views on the pledge!

I really don't see the point in not saying it.  What possible harm can come from it?  It seems that a tiny but very vocal minority finally found enough judges who sympathized with their cause.

Last I heard, schoolkids were still starting off the day with the Pledge of Allegiance; the word "God" does not single out a specific religion, so Muslims, Jews, Sekes, Hindus, etc. can feel comfortable reciting it. Our Constitution forbids the establishment of a state religion, which has kept this country free of religious wars and prevented the oppression of minority religions, even atheists. As for the promiscuous kids who dress like ho's, pimps, and pierced freaks, isn't that just bad parenting? What kind of people allow their kids to leave the house dressed like that? What kind of parents let their kids act like animals? You can't expect the school to raise these kids, especially with all the cuts to education. PARENTS, STEP UP TO THE PLATE!!!!! HELLO???
