What Is the quickest way to loose 10 pounds ?

I really want to loose weight but i cant think of how to start or wat really to eat can sombody please help me...

Wow...Different strokes for different folks.  I guess I believe that different people succeed with weight loss when they learn
things about their own physiology.  Step on to a path of self discovery.  Are you a person who enjoys cooking?  What is your blood type? (A blood type O person could have a tendency to lose weight on a high protein diet).  Do you drink soda, alcohol or are you willing to drink a lot of water?  Learn what you can about yourself and connect with a food program that helps you maintain your health.

there is not a "quick" way to lose 10 pounds
3500 calories = 1 pound -- so you need to consume that many less calories or burn that many calories to lose 1 pound.
SO.... to lose weight it is recommended that you should eat the right amount (if you eat too little you will not lose weight) and exercise!

consider seeking professional help. or try weight watchers or something to teach you healthy ways to lose weight.

If you lose weight in an unhealthy way you will NOT keep it off and you will likely gain much more than 10 lbs when you regain it.

I do agree with previous post as well.... don't drink calories and drink lots and lots of water!

sorry there is not a easy way to lose 10 pounds fast i wish that there was.  So i can lose like 100lbs

I wish I knew the quickest way to loose 10 pounds.  I actually do, but you will gain it right back as soon as you start eating carbs again.  My way is to cut out the carbs and the soda, but you can drink diet soda.  If you excrise with the diet you will keep it off, but it must become a way of life.

There is no quick way to lose weight fast.  You have to eat healthy: fruits and veggies, drink water, and exercise.

You should really do some of your own research to see what method would be easiest for you to keep up. Also it is important to think about whether you want to sustain weight loss or just loose some just to put it back on again. Some methods include are drinking a lot of water, smaller portions, exercise, crash diets, changing portions of protein, carbs and fats, etc..

I would suggest finding lifestyle changes you can live with and make small sacrifices here and there. Chose to a smaller portion or a healthier/more natural alternative at every meal. Find ways to increase your exercise. Park farther away, walk to the store, do choirs around the house more often or anything that gets you more active than usual. This can also including upping your work out routine with more weights or more time added to cardio activities. These methods aren't going to give you instant results but at least it is more manageable in the long run that huge calorie cuts or rigorous exercise.

This is what worked for me one summer: I got up and walked as fast as I could for an hour. The best time for me was 6 AM- 7 AM because my kids and husband were still sleeping. When I got done at 7, I could wake my dh, make breakfast, and take a shower before my husband went to work. That same summer, I took my kids on a walk to the park every day the weather was good. I didn't just sit there and watch, I played with them. I also had a pedometer so I could loosely keep track of how many steps I took. I think you have to take 10,000+ to increase the odds that you'll burn more calories than are consumed. I lost more than 20 pounds.

Well, I can tell you from experience, if you want to loose weight fast, stay away from all carbs. That means do not eat bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, cake, candy etc... But if you do stay away from all sugars and carbs, you must eat plenty of vegetables. That will offset all the protein foods you eat. Just an idea.

The best advice I have gotten was from a nutrionist. No carbs, high fiber and high potein. Your body does not store protein  and the fiber helps 'push'everything through.
Another rule of thumb - whatever you ate to put the weight on, you have to not eat it to take it off.

Eat right and exercise. There is no "quick" way, and if you don't make a lifestyle change, it will come right back. Avoid fast food and processed foods. Eat fruits and vegetables.
