Topic: Cashout stuck on pending?  (Read 806 times)

Cashout stuck on pending?

After two previous successful cash outs I request another one back on 6/30.  It was declined pending I verify my identity.  I faxed my info the first time and it was declined for whatever reason.  Did it again and it was approved again and on the account page it went back to saying my cash out was pending.  And its still pending for a couple months now.

It still says "If approved, expect payment on or before: July 20th" and status pending.  Just wondering what is going on.

I would of put in a support ticket but i can't get past the next page doing that.

Can you rephrase why you are unable to send in a Support Ticket? What do you mean you can't get past the next page?  ???

You need to try again with support ticket or call them from the contact number.  Go into your account page in your profile and make sure its complete.  You need to make sure that you have at least 3 blue checks on the left side of the page in the account page under verification if not then you will not get paid.  You account should say good standing.  Hope this helps.   :thumbsup:

I click on the support button.  Pick topic, subject and type my message and then click submit.   Then the next page says your support ticket had not yet been submitted and please review faq and blah blah.  Then at the bottom it says "Please choose one of the following: <  And thats the end of the page.  There isnt anything else to actually submit my ticket.

I cant complete a support ticket.  They have a number to call?  do you have a link for a number cause i couldnt find one for some reason.  And yes i have blue checks for account activation, profile and telephone verification and it says account standing good.

I have a suggestion. I'm assuming that the e-mail you gave FC is working. Send FC an e-mail at the e-mail address provided on your Daily Cash E-Mails: support@fusioncash.net. Tell them the problems you are experiencing and I'm sure they will be happy to help you.  :thumbsup:

let us know what happens!  I hope it's just one of those rare "glitches" in the system that can easily be corrected, and you get your cashout.  Sometimes if they suspect multiple accounts perhaps?  I'm assuming this is not the case with you - that it is just a glitch.  So good luck and keep us informed.

hmmm thats strange that its still "pending" after so long, and not approved or denied.
If I was you I would contact FC through a support ticket, but since you say your unable to, Id email them at support@fusioncash.net

The only thing I can think of to do would be to cancel your cashout and then re-request it.. it would mean you would have to wait untill 11/20 to recieve your payment but your already having to wait extra anyways, and also it would then include whatever else youv'e earned in the meantime since last requesting it... BUT, talk to a FC staff member before taking that advice because you never know...

UPDATE:

I e-mailed fusioncash at support@fusioncash.net last week about my problem.  Got the response today saying my cash out was sent via my payment option on file.  Double checked and everything is good.  Thank you Fusioncash.

you should be able to put in a support ticket I'm not sure why it won't let you.  Fusion Cash is very good at solving issues once you submit your ticket.
