Hi all,
what everyone is having for dinner Today

My daughter is making is stuffed porkchops.

She is putting spinach and gouda cheese in them.

Sounds good to me!

UUMM I can smell it hhhhh
I am gonna have Steak and mashed potatoes with some grilled mushrooms in them, I love my tummy hhhhhhhhhh
have to treat it very well

Today it will be roasted chicken  carrots, celery, onion and potatoes. Not sure how I will make the potatoes.  probably baked because I have to go to work and don't have much time.

That is a very good question  We will either be having something easy and completely unhealthy like small chicken drummies with macaroni and cheese or I might get the energy to make shake-n-bake pork chops or we might do leftover brisket sandwiches. Still a tossup until my husband decides!

We had McDonalds today but last nite I made beef steaks with corn on the cob and rice a roni.  My daughter and I love most all flavors of the rice a roni.  Our favorite is broccoli and cheddar.  Even my husband likes that flavor and he swears he doesn't like broccoli.

I had Hawaiian pizza with some ham and pineapple all over it

Went out to dinner last night.

Appetizer was mussles and a 1 hour egg with toast points.

Dinner was duck with polenta.

Desert was apple fritters and vanilla ice cream.

Delicious Pinot Noir throughout.

It was tasty!

Sinful fried chicken cornbread & broccoli . I know I shouldn't the chicken but they great!
