Can you hear train or plane noises from inside your house?

There are railroad tracks behind the houses across from mine so I can hear and feel the train going by quite often. I can hear the Blue Angels practicing from my house but rarely hear normal planes

No man made noise for me, unless a siren goes by on a rare occasion. Hearing a coyote is a much more more common sound.

Same here only replace the coyote  with nightingales.

I usually just hear cars and other miscellaneous noises from outside my apartment.  I don't think our building is well insulated because I hear just about everything.  Oh well, not gonna be here when the lease is up!

sometimes i can hear a plane but only if it is low enough. the airport isnt far from my place.
