Fake posts annoy you?

i know most of you guys have gone through this and it annoys everyone. i mean follow the rules dont make like similar start thread and try to get everyones attention...

we know your doing it for cash instead of being loyal to the community thats what gets me the most..

I find it to be annoying whe people just post a whole thread with no content to try and get the bonus, because they don't realize that they still wont get the bonus as those posts aren't "contributory"!

Ahyup; but they'll figure it out when it comes up that theyve been denied.
But I've said it before, maybe they should lower the requirement, and try to get less quantity, and more quality posts.
Theres only so many times you can say what your favorite food is, or what to blame the economy on---or even if we really landed on the moon.
And then of course you get the endless sex and gender based questions.

Trust me if you had seen some of the crap that has been posted you would know what they are talking about. There are some that flat out copy other people's posts and post them as if they were their own as well as many other shady tricks just to try and get the forum bonus...

Yes, they do annoy me. I think everyone should be held to the 'contributory' standard. For the people who follow the rules there should be some recourse from these silly posts. Of course, they won't be compensated but in the meantime we have a whole month of it to put up with.

Yes, they do annoy me. But they probably won't last long on here anyway, once they find out that they can't make any money by cheating the system. It does seem like all the topics have already been discussed, although I can talk endlessly about politics!

I am new to posting. I don't understand why you would want to fake postings. There are alot of good topics to comment on. The people are nice and I like it. It's not just about $3 per month. We all like to share what we think. We like to interact with people. It's just sad people are always trying to take a short cut.

What gets me most is when people who post legitimate, articulate and serious post but put them in the wrong section. I've seen too many debate topics in the off-topic section and too many off-topic post in the debate and discuss section.

Well thats the problem with people who've been around on the forums for a long time.
You end up repeating yourself a lot and new people post same old questions.
Some people just dont realize what 'contributory' mean.
I do agree with sharing thoughts, but I wish theyd lower the number requirement to get the quality up.
