Dark chocolate. Because the darker chocolate is, the better it is for you. More real chocolate and not sugar.

White chocolate isn't actually chocolate at all, it's the absence of chocolate, that's why it's white..
i eat very good dark chocolate for the health benefits and because I enjoy it. I do like just a plain old hershey bar too though. And I'm not knocking white chocolate but i love it as an accent to dark or mixed with a flavor. it's way too sweet for me alone.
