I like to paint too, but haven't done it in ages. I always think the more you do it the better you get. If you like it just do it.

I love to paint. I just got done painting a 3 of my kids rooms. ! room is pink and the other s are blue. They look awesome.

you do pretty good!  I love to paint.  I found some oil colors at a yard sale and started to paint and learn how to use them.  I do better with acrilic or even water color.  I did one good ocean scene but haven't been able to do much good since that one.  I like to draw also!

I do. I haven’t touched the paint brush since I got out of college. I probably will pick it up again when I become a senior citizen. Painting and drawing is a relaxing hobby so I don’t think too much either. Just let it flow.

everyone has their own style of painting, so i've
never thought there was a right or wrong way to paint!
i like looking at other people's artwork too 

i enjoy it, but haven't actually done it in a long time.

Keep going! Here is where the saying "Practice makes perfect" is really true. Don't discard any of your works! I am an artist and the stuff that I really don't like is usually the stuff that sells first.....luckily we are all different in our tastes and likes. Good luck.

Painting is one of those art styles that means something different to everyone. Some people believe to be a good painter you have to practice tirelessly and be able to duplicate the appearance of anything, be it person or a still life of fruit. That's not what I think, though. For me, painting is like poetry. The only way to create lacking art is to avoid putting your whole heart into it.

I like to do the paint by numbers. I did a couple of them when I quit smoking, to keep myself busy.
