Well obviouisly the better one (for health) is baked. I personally do not think that fried is better. Although it is GREAT. lol

I prefer baked if it is done right. Some people's baked chicken is really dry. My all time favorite is neither baked or fried though, I really like grilled. Im not too sure but I think that grilled is also healthier because all the fat drips off of it.

I prefer baked.  It has less fat I think and you can eat healthier.  I order baked when I go to KFC and it seems to taste better in my opinion.

But there are times that I like fried foods, I guess it just depends on what I crave at the time.

I agree both are very good! Depends on what kinda mood I'm in and what sounds yummy! ... I bake my chicken some times for dinner and it never comes out dry, you just got to know how to keep all the juices and flavors in.

Both can be great, but I think I prefer fried a little more than baked.

exactly! juicy baked chicken is super easy, especially if you
have some yummy poultry seasonings and a little tin foil. a spritz
of lemon juice...a little this and a little of that  :P

i love fried, but baked can be better depending on what it is, for me!

I love fried food, though it IS disgusting, and it taste better because fat is flavor... but im 50 yrs old now, and I swear I get chest pain just looking at it. For health reasons I try to eat more baked foods.

I definitely agree! Sometimes you are just in the mood for a good ol' heart clogging fried chicken leg. I can make good baked chicken. If only my mom could figure that out.  ::)

Baked food is always the best because it's healthier.

Depends on what it is, stuff like fries are good baked, but things like wings they gotta be fried, you dont get the crispy skin in the oven.

It depends on the food.  I like chicken baked, fried & in the crockpot.  I like pork chops fried and shake & baked which you would think would be better because it's baked but really isn't because of the high salt content.  I like steak on the grill and fried fish and hamburger must be fried.  I do not like turkey (which is my favorite) fried - it must be baked!!
