{Regarding TOS}
« on: February 07, 2012, 09:23:05 am »
Regarding this group of rule/s.

v. Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.

vi.
Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared      computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection  as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

vii. Users must not use a proxy or otherwise attempt to mask or reroute their connection.

So,.. let's say someone theoretically forgets that they had a proxy enabled on their browser..
Maybe they were using it for security purposes.  Then they can be banned ? I mean everyone makes mistakes...
Sometimes the click of a mouse button with add-ons in firefox, can change your IP like with "Anonymox" and such.  So what if someone accidentally clicks it,,

I am not 100% sure but I don't think someone would be banned for something that could be seen as a mistake. I think you would receive a warning and notice to fix the issue.

If this is something that you have done I would file a support ticket admitting the error on your part and then they can decide then what they would like to do. For the most I think FC is pretty cool with things as long as you step up and explain it and know that the issue is fixed on your end :wave:

A support ticket is what I was going to suggest also.  If you don't have a habit of doing this time and again, a one time mistake can easily be forgiven and things set right.  Time and again I've seen that FC has a heart.  I think administrator keeps it on the desk, in a nice display case....
