Absolutely and good for your cousin!  I think if anyone has a creative talent that is marketable that making a business out of that talent is a great idea. This is a really tough economy and getting jobs in the traditional way has gotten more difficult. People have really been forced to look at other creative ways to make money.  The upside is that there are many people who are now doing what they have a passion to do to produce an income. Hopefully your topic will get other people thinking of ways that can do that too.  Good topic - thanks!
