Cable/Phone Guy come yesterday. They both were so nice. I really can't remember when the last time someone that was hooking something up for me was that nice, it sure may the day turn out to be good.

We've moved twice and it's always been my experience that the techs who come onsite to get us hooked up are great. Really friendly, fun to talk to, and always on time.

I can remember years ago it seemed like "waiting for the cable guy" was a nightmare. They would be late and rude when they finally did show up.

We had the cable company rewire our apartment complex few months ago and the guys were the best I have ran into for a cable men.

Yes I certainly remember when they may or may not show up at all. Now they even give a time window of 3 hours at least. My husband being a techie himself is never fully satisfied with our cable internet however. He has the phone numbers and email address of the technical manager for our area if anything comes up. That way she knows right away if something is wrong in her area lol as well as getting us back up to speed quickly!
