Allergies!

Everyone should check with their doctor before taking any medication...but I recommend Allegra (Fexofenadine). It used to be prescription only and several months ago it went OTC. It is non-drowsy and it seems to work better than Claritin. Zyrtec is good too but it can make u feel drowsy. I have 1001 allergies so I feel your pain.

THis time of year especially, but pretty much at every season change, I wake up every morning and can barely breath because my nose is so plugged up and my head hurts a little as my sinuses are inflamed. It will be over soon and summer will be here

I hope you all look up MessiahMews' recommendation. There are natural remedies. Two other options are  "Native Remedies" and "Chinese medicine; Michael Tierra".

to everyone that suffer's from allerigy except for babys under one if u buy un Processed hunny it has to be local u and take 1 tsp 3 times a day it gets ride of your allergies and i live by it my kids have really bad ones and i started and they are doing amazing no more meds for my kids

I have allergies too. I take medicine my doctor prescribes for it. I don't go without it so I don't suffer as much as I used to before I started taking medicine. Try it see your doctor it might help.

My allergies tend to bother all year round. I definitely felt it today at work and had a miserable time. I unfortunately keep a container of allergy medicine at my desk that makes me drowsy (I need to eventually replace this with non-drowsy) and forced myself to take this to survive the day.

Hang in there hensleyll... after the spring starts to fade, so will your allergies.  Besides, you're a "hero" member so nothing bad can happen to you!
