I don't know I'm on sprint and I have a smartphone iPhone 5. I like it but its a lot for the monthly bill. I was paying $25 for the dumb phone I had which is way better and way more then what I'm paying now. $79.00 plus tax

I have had a blackberry for over 2 years and it's still working...so I use it.  I usually go thru phones pretty fast but this one has lasted quite awhile.  I do wish it had a bigger screen though.

I have an iPhone and I LOVE it!
I'm an Apple fan though...
I have an iMac, a MacBook and an iPhone and love them all.

I used to have an iPod but now that I have the phone, I don't need it and sold it to my mother-in-law.

I have an Iphone. At first I thought it was a luxury, but now I won't part with it!

I have an iPhone. Sometimes it makes me look dumb when the "smart" text thinks it knows what I am trying to type and it isn't even close. Lol. But I can do my fusion cash from everywhere I am and pay bills from everywhere without having to lug around my laptop. My phone is a pocket sized laptop for me I guess.

depending on the type of phone you have these so called smart phones act so dumb. If your screen freeze up you are stuck and this has happened to me on numerous occasions.

After many years of using a regular cell phone, I finally upgraded to a Motorola Droid Razr M. I got a really good deal on it.  At this point, my phone is smarter than me!  I've had it for 4 months now and am pretty happy with the switch.  My new plan costs only a few dollars more than it did with the cell phone.

That's only because you haven't had someone clue you in on how the fat cat big three are milking suckers in this market and have been for years. I have a smartphone with unlimited everything and only pay $9 a month with no contract to lock me in.

My cell phone is smart enough even though it doesn't access the internet.  I can talk, text and use it as an alarm clock.  It's basic and simple, like me.

Have a great day!

Going to a smart phone makes life so much easier! I agree the monthly billing and price of the phones can be ridiculous. I would suggest sticking to your old plan and waiting for your upgrade to get a smart phone and do minor tweaks to the plan, its cheaper that way..
But of course it depends on what you like to do with your phone. If you only text & call, a smart phone is a waste.
Family plans are the cheapest, id try to get that with friends or family and possible ones who can split the data bill (:

Family plans are no longer the cheapest, mine is unlimited everything and I pay $9 a month for an individual plan.

i phone seems to be the one that is most user friendly and has pretty good features. Not sure about iphone 5. Heard a lot of complaints about it. I have the prior version and it's pretty cool.
