So I get daily surveys but I vary rarely get to take the survey for the full amount only get the 1 cent for my attempt... Why is this?

I think it's hit or miss. Sometimes I do quite a few surveys in a row, and sometimes none. The FC surveys have always been harder for me to qualify for. I do better with the daily surveys, but they pay less. Qualify for a few though and they add up nicely

Because it's all a scam. They just want you to stay on their site. Meanwhile, you could be at mturk.com making real money and not getting dicked on by scam artists.

I am also having trouble in qualifying for surverys, and at times I get 1 cent and sometimes not

I rarely qualify, either, but I still keep plugging away.  Doesn't really bother me.  I actually go in thinking that I won't get it, so I'll be pleasantly surprised when the time comes that I do get it!
