What helps you to rise and shine in the morning?
« on: June 29, 2012, 05:40:09 am »
Some silent prayers, yoga or stretch my muscles, a cup of boiling water mixed with cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and a halls menthol candy to clear and open my sinuses and respiratory system. A tid bit of organizing me humble abode and pack my backpack with necessities for the day.

Watching Good Morning America on ABC, in bed with my cup of hot coffee with almond joy flavored non dairy creamer and something with fresh fruit, on the side.  After that daily moring ritual, I am ready to start the day, well informed and well rested

My body naturally wakens with first light.

I am excited to get up each day, give a word of Praise and Thanks for the new day, then log onto my
computer and do my daily online work, then I check my backoffice of my online business (not FC) to
see how much I earned yesterday.  It is very exhilarating!

What I need to greet the day is 2 cups of coffee. After that I am ready to start my day.

I usually get up and check my e-mail and a few other sites while I listen to some music to get me motivated.

I Thank God for another day of life before I get out of the bed.  I usually get a cup of coffee and sit down at the computer and check my etsy store .... then sign on to my other sights and do a little browsing before getting dressed and ready to tackle whatever project I have for the day.  My project right now is to find a real job so I am constantly applying online for something.

I am not a morning person, so my motivation to "rise" is that I must, or be fired for sleeping through the work day.  As far as "shine" goes...that just doesn't happen.

I'm a night owl so I rise, but usually don't shine right away.  I like to watch Nate Burkus and get inspired while drinking ice tea.  If I have an exciting project to work on that helps.

I shower first thing in the morning, otherwise I never actually wake up! And the water has to be nice and hot, so basically, I boil myself awake!  :P

laying there for a bit, stretching then taking a shower - that shower is the only reason I fully awake
