"Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." -
Ferris Bueller's Day Off (Matthew Broderick)

Love should have brought your a** home last night - Boomerang (Halle Berry)

"I got mind control over Deebo. He be like "shut the f**k up". I be quiet. But when he leave, I be talking again." - Friday (Chris Tucker)

"That's what all these cripples down at the VA talk about: Jesus this and Jesus that, have I found Jesus yet? They even had a priest come and talk to me. He said God is listening and if I found Jesus, I'd get to walk beside him in the kingdom of Heaven. Did you hear what I said? WALK beside him in the kingdom of Heaven! Well kiss my crippled *bleep*. God is listening? What a crock of *bleep*" - Forest Gump (Gary Sinise)

"They're gonna laugh at you." - Carrie ( Piper Laurie)

"When a man gets a hard on, you know where the blood come from, right? You know where the blood come from, right? His head and his feet. So A - he's stupid and B - he can't run." - Love Jones (Isaiah Washington)

"Romance is about the possibility of the thing. You see, it's about the time between when you first meet the woman, and when you first make love to her; When you first ask a woman to marry you, and when she says I do. When people who been together a long time say that the romance is gone, what they're really saying is they've exhausted the possibility." - Love Jones ( Larenz Tate)

“I’d rather be his wh*re, than your wife.” - Titanic (Kate Winslet)

Jules: "You read the Bible, Brett?"
Brett: "Yes!"
Jules: "Well, there's this passage I've got memorized that sort of fits this occasion. Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of the evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and goodwill, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper, and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee!"

I totally think that so so SO many amazing movie lines come from The Breakfast Club. ex. "Does Barry Mannilow know that you raid his wardrobe?", "Screws fall out all the time. The world's an imperfect place." and "Why does Andrew get to get up? If he gets up, we'll all get up. It'll be anarchy!"

Oh I love that movie. Claire: What's your name?
Bender: What's yours?
Claire: Claire.
Bender: Ka-Laire?
Claire: Claire. It's a family name.
Bender: Oh, it's a fat girl's name.
Claire: Well, thank you.
Bender: You're welcome.
Claire: I'm not fat!
Bender: Well, not at present but I could see you really pushing maximum density. You see, I'm not sure if you know this, but there are two kinds of fat people. There's fat people that were born to be fat, and then there's fat people that were once thin but they became fat, so when you look at them you can sorta see that thin person inside! You see, you're gonna get married, you're gonna squeeze out a few puppies and then, uh...

The Good Girl has the best quotes...

After living in the dark for so long, a glimpse of the light can make you giddy. Strange thoughts come into your head and you better think'em. Has a special fate been calling you and you not listening? Is there a secret message right in front of you and you're not reading it? Is this your last, best chance? Are you gonna take it? Or are you going to the grave with unlived lives in your veins?

I see in your eyes you hate the world, I like that because hate it too

On my left, I saw days upon days of lipstick and ticking clocks, dirty looks and quiet whisperings. And burning secrets that just won't ever die away. And on my right, what could I picture? The blue sky, the desert earth, stretching out into the eerie infinity. A beautiful never-ending nothing.

I apologize if this has already been a topic.

I like Clint Eastwoods line in "For a few dollars more"the duel at the end when the other bounty hunter is at a dis-advantage and the chimes for the locket are running out and all of a sudden the chimes get loud again and Eastwood is holding the other <same>locket and has a gun on the enemy and  walks over to him and says "now we start"..and of course the music is dramatic in the background.I just love his spaghetti westerns.

Anthony
II love Clint, too/Some of his lines like Well, do you feel Lucky, Punk. as Dirty Harry or Make My Day. I also like the one in Josey Wales Dying ain't much of a livin, when he is talking to  bounty hunter.  He always had good script writers. Arnie has the most used "I'll be Back". There are too many to mention in one paragraph.
