I am a cheese-aholic .. lots of food taste better with cheese.

My favorites are cheddar, swiss and mozzarella.

Cheddar is my favorite, but I love Mozzerella also, not a big fan of colby or colby jack.

For tuna melts-- Kraft singles or monterey jack

for bean burritos, shredded medium cheddar and monterey jack mixed

for baked potatoes, monterey jack, parmesan and cottage cheese

I will put cheese on almost anything anyway-- I also like bologna and cheese burritos any potatoes with cheddar, cheese on my beef stew-- I live for cheese, chocolate and diet coke  ;D

A good brand or blend of cheese is always good on food. So depends what i am making as too what kind i use. So i keep several kinds in the freezer. I make my own blue cheese dressing with real blue cheese. And as far as feta it has to be made with goats milk. So i buy the greek feta. Love it on my salads with vinegar and oil. (olive) Yum.

Just tried a new Havarti cheese -
YUMMMMMM!
Creamy Havarti with dill.

I also REALLY like Muenster slices melted on burgers or in grilled sandwiches.

It really melts nicely, and gets really gooey. (YUM again!)
