Stupid Isaac
« on: September 01, 2012, 08:21:23 pm »
Isaac really messed my fc up!!!  I had to evacuate and I ended up not being able to cash out (because I missed several days of dailys and extras), I missed out on a promotion AND I was 1 post short of my 30!!!!!  What an *bleep* that hurricane was.  Not only did he cost me money, but he kept me from earning!  The good thing is I and my home is safe and sound, so its not that bad.  Just aggravating.  GGGRRRRRRR.   :sad1:

Since such weather phenomenon are inaccurately designated as "acts of g-d", it takes a wry sense of hypocrisy to attribute a religious "blessing" to the same religious 'cause', (destructive weather).

God bless you! You made it through. Good luck!

One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

We just got the outer bands so just lots of wind and rain but that caused my internet to be extremely glitchy for about a week so even when I could get on the internet it would cut out right before I started a survey or during it so I didn't get credited. I missed cashing out for the first time since December by a $2. It's very annoying

Sorry to hear that, but yea, you're alive, so it's perspective...maybe the FC people can cut you some slack if you explain it to them??

it's hard sometimes to "pick up where we left" things on hold.
I had a difficult situatio the other day.
I didn't know the answer right away. I followed my thoughts and found the solution.

Glad you are ok. Family and home are much more important
Just think  of the really big check you will be able to have next month.
Fc is offering so much more these days I bet you will come close to making the money you were unable to earn when you evatuated.
Stay safe and have Fun
Glad to have you back at FC! :peace:
Be grateful for what you have and you will receive more than you ever expected

I am sorry you missed out on your FusionCash.  We have no say on the work of mother nature.  You and your relatives are safe and that is a blessing.

I am glad you and yours are safe.

I can't imagine having to evacuate my home.

It is a bummer that you missed cashing out for the month, but in the large scheme of life, you came out far far ahead.

Issac is a bit of a joke where I'm from "Landmass". It was more huff the puff. Sure there was the usual  power outages and those in flood areas did flood but that is to be expected with any major rainfall regardless of whether or not it is a hurricane.
