trying to get rid of a really bad migrane

i get those sometimes so i put a hot rag on my eyes and lay back for like 10 minutes it helps a lot

I have been getting really bad headaches and feeling sick to my stomach the past few days too. I know what is causing it so I need to just de-stress and relax and might go see the dentist too because I think my wisdom tooth is doing some harm too

have u tried caffeine.. or massage? sex can do wonders also but it only works for some people.

Headaches and Migranes in particular can be greatly reduced by changing your diet(reducing consumption of flour,chocolate and anything with high acid content).  As far as structural cause (accident) that's unkown to me, maybe a chiropractor would help.

Sunglasses + coffee+ allergy sinus medicine and a nap work for me. Believe it or not caffeine is great for migraines !

I have never had one but My mother inlaw gets them alot /she usually goes to bed/she says it helps
