Do you have any pets if so what kind?  At my house we have 2 dogs and 2 rabbits. We also have the occassional stray animal that my kids bring home until we can find them a good home. If we let them we would have some of everything.

we have two dogs which we got as foster kids from the rescue here but ended up adopting both of them --they are now part of our family --i love the feeling of coming home from work (after a rotten day) and they run to give kisses and jump all over you --thats such unconditional love !!! best in the world!!

I have 1 pet and its my male dachshund named Shadow. I brought him home with me back in april 2011 when he was 8 weeks old. We have been best friends since day one

Right now we have two cats, but we have almost always had pets in my lifetime (70 years).  I am an animal lover, and all our pets have been family members.  Why else would you have a pet?

We just rescued a little 2 month old kitty from the shelter, we brung him home and he was fine, the next day his eyes had started discharging, he couldn't breathe, and was really sick, we called the shelter, they let us bring him into their vet, sent him home with eye drops, nose drops, and medicine to fight it off, now the little bugger won't let me sleep, he runs back and forth and has energy like you wouldn't believe.

We had 4 dogs at 1 time and the lizard. We lost our akita and our shepard last year. But my old man insists on getting another akita. We had went to get our one dog from the animal shelter and they were going to put buddy down so we took him to. He was an akita. He was so lovable. We lost both the akita which we named buddy and benz our shepard last year. They were like family. Some people dont understand that or appreciate that. They are family.

I don't actually have a pet but lately...

a sweet little orange and white cat has been hanging out in my apartment complex.  She doesn't act like a typical stray.  She's sweet, sociable and affectionate so I've been feeding her until I can find a home for her.  I've never had a cat so my connection with her has been a positive experience.

Yes we have a dog, a soft coated Weaton. Can be a pain in the but every once in a while.
