I like brownies that are dense and moist.
Cake-like brownies leave me disappointed. As a cake, they fail by being to much like the brownie i desire and as a brownie they fail by being to much like a cake.

The fudge issue is another matter. A classic fudge is just to much. It is like having a 12oz. espresso.

However, a fudge-like frosting on a dense and moist brownie, with a large steaming cup of coffee....outstanding.

I enjoy both, but I love brownies better and especially the marble cheesecake kind. I had some at the mall as child and have loved them ever since. They were delicious! I also enjoy regular brownies, but not as much as cheesecake variety. Cake brownies are better than regular brownies to me and those are ones I make.

My grandmother makes excellent fudge, but like with brownies I prefer the ones without nuts. I can't remember if she ever made brownies, but her Texas sheet cake kind of reminds me of brownies.

I love the texture of fudge a lot more than brownies. I feel like I get more flavor out of them compared to brownies. I do love them both however. Sometimes I see that people combine both desserts into one amazing piece of work.

I love both. I am trying to lose lose weight though, so I can't eat them as much. I guess if you go on a diet, your sweet tooth does too. Although sometimes I like to indulge.

I love brownies! I have that "perfect brownie pan" and I use two boxes of Betty Crocker Thick and Chewy Brownie mix and they come out so delicious! Plus the pan is just so easy to us! I like flavored fudge, but I do agree that it's a bit rich.
