up date, because I have Von Willibrand I needed to go in Thursday for 2 hours to have a test done to make sure my blood will clot like a normal person. I will find out in a week how I made out with that then they will contact me with a date to have my biopsy...thank you all for your prayers!!
I had to look that one up to be sure what it is you have.  I hope and pray your blood will clot normally, so you can have the biopsy.  Thank you for the update.  :)

jcribb16  thank you. I never heard of it either until my Dr told me I had it. If anyone is prone to bleed allot after being cut be sure and ask for a blood test to see if you have Von Willibran????????

i have a friend with a strange blood disorder; it was either too thick,or too thin...so to be on the safe side, she had to take a blood thinner medication everyday so she would not suffer another stroke...she had her first brain clot/stroke at age 16! and had to recover for a whole year... left her with a limp on one side, needed to learn writing with other hand, and had a special foot peddle in her car so she could drive... botox injections and physical therapy helped her walk better, and the limp was not as noticable, but she sometimes has trouble spitting out words, and stuff like that...but her speach was fine... makes me wonder what you are being tested for and what treatment you need

Thank you so much for your prayers, i'm so sorry to hear about your friend. I'm not sure on what they are looking for with this biopsy, I was told I had a fatty liver. But I did and still do have to sit for 2 hours in a chair with an intervenes line going through me with a medication that helps me to clot like a normal person would first...then the biopsy..this med last for 12 hours...the Dr talk in medical terms and I cant quite crasp what they mean....thanks again

Religious logic:

Person A is religious
Person B is religious
Person C is non-religious

Person A makes a post about religion.
Person C refutes this.
Person B calls out person C as a hateful person "for refuting" person A on the basis that person C was being a jerk because they refuted person A.
Person A refutes Person C
Person B congratulates person A because they refuted person C.

Therefore, Person A was only expressing themselves as they are allowed to do so, but person C is a jerk because he/she decided to refute person A even though person A also refuted person C.

Don't you guys see the obvious flaw in this reasoning? If we are going to assume atheist are jerks because they refute Christians because and only because they refuted someone else's world view then we must also assume the same to Christians who do the same.

No one is saying atheists are jerks if they refute what Christians or other believers believe in.  The picture is simply implying that both sides can disagree respectfully and move on.

Today people concern themselves to much with small details in day to day life.

The picture implicitly stated that jimmy ignored the post. Thus it then implies that not ignoring the post is bad and that anyone who decides to state their opinion is being a hater just because they disagree with someone.

The purpose of having the freedom to express your opinion isn't just so that you can agree with people, its there so that you are allowed to disagree with people.

I'm not just going to agree that we disagree and move on. I have stated over and over again that its healthy to disagree, and that we should be more than willing to argue amongst one another to reach a conclusion. If we just give up and assumed either one of us can be right then we don't progress any further and do not solve anything. Its unhealthy to society for people to ignore someone else simply because you don't want to offend them.

There is a lot more important things then this. Are you implying that war, poverty, religious and political oppression, knowledge no related to medicine, and peace are all unimportant? I consider all persons to be important, even if they are not friends or family.

I see your point - to a degree, yes, it's healthy to challenge, question, etc.  But there is a limit to which some people can take - in the case of the picture - (imagine) that perhaps his friend was closed to the idea of discussing or had clashed too far before, and felt it better to speak of other things but the one thing that would agitate - religion (in that possible scenario.)

There are also ways of disagreeing and challenging, too.  It doesn't mean complete rejection but instead willing to be open and listen, even when disagreeing.  It means speaking with maturity, as well, and not goading to a pressure point of exploding tempers.  And that includes both sides, as well.  Thanks for your thoughts and discussion about this!

Oh,  boo hoo!  falcon. So now because someone calls you on your abhorrant and self centered behavior you're going to whine about  being attacked? You provide only opinions (never proof) yourself.....hence, doing the precise thing you accuse others of. Your rhetoric has become a broken record that influences no one and serves no purpose (except perhaps to you, as in reaffirming your false sense of superiority)

That being said, no one has asked or will ever ask you for a single thing on this site. You offer nothing attractive, positive or remotely interesting. You present a hateful persona that respects no one. Is your life so empty that you feel the need to attempt to draw so much attention to yourself in such a contrarion way? Were you abused as child and grew up feeling that even negative attention was better than no attention at all? Is that your gig?

You are not faulted for your beliefs, you are faulted for your propensity to shove them down the the throats of others repeatedly, unnecessarily and in such a repulsive manner.

Believers speak only to each other in this forum, never to you, or any other non believer. When we ask for prayer, we are only asking that of people who pray..DUH!!!!

Because you have already (so much more than was necessary for us to "get" it) made your views known about prayer, the question becomes this: In your narcisstic mind did you think the request shone down on only you and you alone?

Normal rational people, look at a request and inherently know it does not pertain to them and is out of their realm. Not you, falcon.

i second this :D

and to the top poster my prayers goes out to you :)
