Since I live in an apartment,I save mine to wash with. Maybe I will start saving my change to buy me a pair of earring.

Keep some in my car. Also, I have a savings jar at home...when it gets full, i go to the bank, use their coin machine, and deposit it.

I take my jars of change twice per year to the credit union and put the $ in an account for a vacation along with Fusion cash payouts and money from recycling our water bottles.

I won't say their name but when I worked credit card collections for a bank (the name rhymes with FACE) a new employee left after one week.  She left behind a santa clause jar.   I keep my change in there.  When it gets to the very top I "cash out" at my local credit union.   I refuse to use coinstar on account of the fee they charge.   My credit union charges nothing.    :D

I never have any spare change. I am in the process of paying off debt so I send it all to the bill collectors. Soon I will be debt free and I'll have spare change again. Until then, no spare change! :crybaby2: :crybaby2: :crybaby2:

That is something I am terrible with, I end up losing a lot of my spare change but sometimes I just donate it.

I keep a bottle in the kitchen that I toss all my spare change into, and I also recycle alluminum cans that I turn in about once every 2-3 months.  This all goes into my sons savings account.  It added up to about $5,000  by the time he was old enough to drive.  We always called it his car savings.  Now it goes towards his insurance and gas, but it still goes into his account.
