How does your posts show up on account opening page

I see all the posts on my account opening page but have never got one posted there unless I replied to one there.  How does that work?  Can you get a new topic posted on opening page?  if so, what do post under to do that?

  i have no idea. i have had my posts on that page and still do not know how. i guess they just pick tem randomly

It's generally the most recent posts

Yeah, it's just the most recent posts that had been posted. If you comment on a post, and then go refresh your account page, your post will be on there. I doesn't really mean anything though.
