are you sick?

 I have been for the past week today is the first day I feel almost human again  this flu is a nasty one I very rarely get sick and this totally kicked my behind

I usually get sick a lot this time of year but I have been taking a lot of supplements that I believe have kept me from getting sick 4 times or so. I would start to feel the cold coming on and I would be good taking my supplements and then the feeling would go away in a day or so. I am so happy because normally I would have gotten sick each time.

I just got over a nasty stomach virus myself. I had a fever and the stomach "issues".
Luckily I did not have any sinus or cold symptoms.

I haven't had the flu or anything like it for at least 10 years.  I include garlic heavily in my diet all year long and since I started doing that I have had no colds although others around me do. Before that I would get serious things like strep throat, etc. because I live in an extremely cold climate in the winter.  Also I have never had a flu shot, ever.  Wonder why doctors never tell you about foods that prevent sickness and you have to find out on your own.

Thankfully I am not sick. Get well soon to everyone who is.  I usually get bronchitis when I get sick so I can understand how others would feel to get sick. I hope that I can continue to stay well. It's been months since I' ve been sick and continue that streak into YEARS.
