Staying home and watching the ball drop on tv.  Hope to have a good meal while watching it, too.

New Years Eve we'll be staying home. We'll get a few fireworks for the kids and probably a bottle of wine for the adults and some sparking juice for the kids. Then for New Years D we're having a dinner at my aunts house.

It's home for the holidays for hubby, animals and I! I, personally, never was into New Year's celebration. It's more enjoyable for us to be calm and quiet rather than whooping it up.  :cat:   :dog:   :fish:  :bunny:

That sounds like fun!! Especially the dinner on New Years Day at your aunt's!  Not the crazieness of some of the other holidays and what a great way to start the new year with family!

This topic has got me thinking . . . I have spent many years at home but this year I think I will book a special place in a park and enjoy hiking then curling up with the love of my life and champagne toast for the new year and gourmet picnic at midnight!

I will probably be at home sitting with my family. It's suspose to snow here on New Year's, so if it does, I will probably want to go outside and make a snow man with my son and some snow angels....lol

Other than that, probably doing nothing. Maybe if I am lucky, I can sleep in or cuddle with my husband while watching a great family movie with popcorn and some ice cold Pepsi!!  ;)

:peace: and Happy New Year!  :star:
