face pain

any of u pregnant women have face pains? it's around the socket of my right eye and some pressure behind my cheeks. it drives me nuts. i thought it was from caffeine but it was proven today that it wasnt from caffeine coz i didnt have any until after work. my face has been hurting all day. i go to the dr tomorrow so i will let my dr know whats going on. dont know if she can help but at least i can let her know about it.
