paranormal stuff lately. I am more into a style of writing that builds up to a point of a book in way that doesn't make me read a lot of banal material.

I  used to read pretty much anything when I was younger I was such a book lover or reader, but it now it's biographies and sports books. Right now I'm listineing Dreams From Father by Barack Obama. I love audiobooks and listen to them when I'm on the computer as well as just around the house or out. However I did also enjoy In Contempt by Chris Darden. If you can find the unabridged version on cassette and transfer it to cd it's nice to listen to. My favorite sports book is probably Playing for Keeps by David Halberstam. Very difficult to find unabridged and only on cassette, but well worth it to purchase if you can find it.

I love books and have quite a collection of craft and cooking books for reference.  I'm finishing up a historical novel right now and am looking forward to the sci-fi / fantasy books I've recently collected.  I have a history of reading for self knowledge and still read / study those books.  I also love biographies.  It isn't really reading, but I have a number of audio books as well.  :)
