Hubby and I are having taco salads while the kids will probably choose to have wraps.  We have 1.5 pounds of hamburger to cook, so we chose to go Mexican.

I was thinking of having a part can of chili for lunch today!  LOL    I do agree with you about homemade being quick and easy.  It's one of my favorite things to make and it pleases everyone.  I've got a teenager as well (may as well call him a bottomless pit! lol) and he eats a lot.

What's for dinner? I like to avoid posts like these as by going through the list of what every one has to say it just makes me more hungry, lol. It is nice to see all the different styles of cooking and it also works to give great ideas if you are stuck for one yourself. Tonight I took out Lasagna that I had made 2 weeks ago but froze half. Have to put that in the oven and warm up the meat sauce to go on top when it's nice and hot. Mmmm I can't wait. Hope you all enjoy your supper tonight ;)

For dinner last night I ate a ham sandwich. It would have been so much better though if I had been able to add some lettuce, tomato, and pickles to it. Or at least some pickles. Man, I like pickles. Too bad I don't have any, because I'd really like some right now. haha  ;D

I haven't made up my mind yet, but it's either going to be pizza or Chinese food.

Dinner last night, I had another sandwich. This time it was chicken with cheese on sourdough. No idea what I'll do for dinner tonight though. I don't have a lot of options, so it might end up being noodles (for like the third time in the past week).  :BangHead:
