I'm an early bird...but I get up every night and get on the computer or watch tv for about an hour.  I love that hour that I get piece and quite...I usually visit FC during that time.  Hope all is well w/everyone.

4 days a week I am a Night Owl.  The other 3 days a week I am both.  I have a part time waitress job.  I work 3 12 hour shifts a week.  That gives me 36 hours in 3 days.  I am worn out on my first day of the 4 days off.  On those 4 days I do my surveys, PTC, etc...  I am up all hours of the night then and sleep as late as my body lets me.  :)

I'm pretty much an early bird.  When I was younger I was a night owl, but age changes you!  :'(

Night owl for my entire life, so far.  Even if I wake up early I don't feel very well and I'm not as productive as I am between the hours of 8 PM and 2 AM.

When I was a child my parents had a rule where I had to be in bed by 8 PM every night.  I just laid there for hours trying to fall asleep.  The next morning I was never in the mood to wake up to go to school.

So grateful, I can now have a sleep schedule that works out beautifully, for me.
Have a great day!
