Bah. I will lose an hour's sleep, that's about the only difference it will make.

I never understood why so many people say that we are losing or gaining an hour. It changes every year and has been this way for so long. In reality we are not losing or gaining any sleep as far as I am concerned. We see the sun for longer....not in my eyes. It is just out at a different hour and makes us think we get more sun when we don't. I find it all a waste really but I like to see the sun later at night then early in the morning anyways.

I hadn't really remembered it until a couple days ago when I saw it listed online.

For me it isn't much problem. I notice for maybe a day or two when we "spring forward" and I "lose" an hour's sleep, but outside of that I never really take issue with it. For me if it was discontinued it wouldn't make much difference at all, since I adjust to it quickly. But I guess that's how they set it up for the US.

I just wish they would find one and leave it alone. I don't understand the need to change it twice a year.

I am ready for the change. The sun is coming up earlier and earlier. I live in the country and I use the sun to regulate my work schedule. When the sun comes up, it is time to go to work. I welcome the daylight hours getting longer, because that means that I will have more time to work outside. It is too bad that a lot of it has to be mowing the yard and weeding. Those 2 are the most time consuming for me.

I'm as ready as I will be ... unfortunately I work Sunday mornings and will lose an hour of sleep.
Guess I will just get to bed a little earlier to make up for it

Yes, I am. I set my clocks at 10 pm Saturday night because, generally at 2 am, I am dead asleep.  My phone updates itself automatically.  I just have to update three clocks in my house. ;D :D

I enjoy the change of sessions  it makes me feel like spring is just around the corner and I enjoy the beginning of spring and I also like to know that I have my gardening.  I have to say that it is like the lights come back on for all that is good.
