Yes, I speak to my neighbors, sometimes we even have a conversation beyond just doing the cordial greeting.

I enjoy talking with my neigbours.  It great because we can ask for help if we need it or an egg.  We have alot of senior on our street and I like to check on them.  We also have a dog and many seniors love to sit with the dog and often talk about their pet when they were younger.

I usually don't talk to my neighbor much.  But sometime say hi when I catch them as I leave the door.

I used to until I got too busy working 16 hours a day and then some of them started moving and I don't know the new ones that moved in at all.  The ones right next door to me prefer to keep to themselves, they are downright rude and obnoxious.  The ones that live above I think are hoarders.  I had to go to basement to flip a breaker and had a difficult time getting to fuse box because of all their stuff.  There was a dead mouse on the floor that was still there 5 days later when I needed to flip the breaker again.  The laundry room is a disaster.  The garage door can't be opened without their stuff spilling all out and then the door is tough to get closed again.  One of the kids told me they got 2 cats now because they have alot of mice under their stove.  The lady called the police last week because the couple was fighting but then she made the police wait outside in case she needed them, she wouldn't let them into the house.  I've seen their stairwell, I don't know how they get outside without breaking a leg.  I need to move...

I would love to talk to them but the problem is they all like to stay inside.. I talked to my neighbor if they come out or waved at them

i do talk to my neighbors. i told my fiance not to get to know them coz everyone moves out of our apt but he did. the older guy on the other side of us hit our car and we had to get it fixed.

Our houses are pretty close to each other, so we generally talk to our neighbors. We're not close friends, just some small talk when we bump into each other.

i live in an apartment complex and the neighbor downstairs is quite unfriendly haha. he always complains about all the noise going up here.
the neighbors on my floor are pretty friendly though, we greet each other whenever we see one another

Ehh, depends.  We sorta talk to our neighbors but not all the time.  My dog absolutely loves my one neighbor and whenever he sees her he will stop whatever he's doing to come over and pet her.  But, that's about the extent of it.  We sorta say hi, how are you, maybe discuss the issues we have, and then go about whatever we were doing.

I wish I could move away from my neighbors. I want neighbors that I could get along with. I am way out in the country and we don't get along with the people closests to us
