I joined Weight Watchers last year, lost 40 pounds, have kept it off, never hungry.  Try it, you can do it at meetings or on-line.  I am at my ideal weight and wear a size 8!

Congrats on having your little one and becoming a mommy.  As long as your not breastfeeding than you can resume excercise and diet as prior to pregnancy with the ok from your dr.  Here's a few tips that helped me.  Divide your weight in 2 and drink that many oz in water.  Have at least one salad with your main course per day.. limit processed and sugary foods.  Hope that helps.  Good luck!

Cut down on your portion sizes.  If you're like most Americans, you serve/are served larger portions of food than is good for you.  Use a smaller plate or bowl.  Take smaller bites of your food.  I've done these things and lost 10 pounds over 6 months.

Walk every day.
Start with a little walk and increase it each day.

The best way to lose weight is walking or dancing. Takes off pounds and inches.

Everyone is different.  What works for some people will not work for others.  If you are nursing, I would not recommend dieting, as your milk requires the nutrients you are ingesting.

If you are not nursing, there are many ways to lose weight, hon.  Fortunately, weight has never been a problem for me.  There are so many diets out there, that you really have to choose which of them you are more likely to follow.  Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, the Ketogenic Diet, the Paleo Diet.  Then there is the juicing diet, a vegetarian diet, or diets using pills.

Typically, pregnancy weight will *partially* drop on its own, if you are active.

You might consider buying one of those jogging strollers.  It is a stroller specifically designed for people who want to jog and push their babies around.

I wish you well.  Congratulations on the new life.

The thing about diets is they do not give lasting results unless you make it your way of life.  Most people do not use a diet for their way of life.  They usually do it just to lose weight quick for the summer or special occasion then poof it's back again!  It's best just to get into practice with a daily routine that works best for you and that you will stick with for life.  Keeping a food diary usually works best, that way you can see how much you are eating which will likely cause you to cut back some.  Hope this helps!   ;D

Drink lots of water, walk and walk every single day and watch your diet: Lots of fruits and veggies, no sugars and carbs and have meals with low fat and calories.

Portion control, no sugar, low fat foods, walk briskly to rev up your metabolism. You can walk in place in your house when baby is napping. Aim for thirty minutes a  day, even if you do it in 10 minute increments.   Good Luck!
