IHOP and pregnancy
« on: March 24, 2013, 10:06:12 pm »
Seriously having a genuine craving for IHOP's buttermilk pancakes. I blame it on the pregnancy cravings. Anyone else ever get a weird craving out of nowhere?

You don't have to be pregnant to have a craving.

I get cravings all the time.  Always for different things.  Right now, I have a craving for these great peanut butter cookies you can buy at Trader Joe's-they're so good!  And, yes, the pancakes at IHOP are hard to beat.  Those are also on my craving list.

I never had strange cravings when I was pregnant, but the last week or so I have been craving sunflower seeds.  Maybe I need more salt in my diet???

I've been having different types of cravings every week. No, I'm not pregnant but I think it's due age & what the body needs in terms nutrition & lack of.... The 1st week of this month I was craving for coffee/chocolate beverages.Wk 2, it was chicken & rice stew,3rd wk red bean & rice with smoke turkey, this weekend tofu matter spicy indian vegy dish, & right now I just finished off a bag of cheetdo cheese *bleep*! I know I'll regret it the next day but it was sooooo good, I couldn't stop at just 1. :peace:

I am craving pancakes, sausage and a big glass of OJ.  It is a great love of mine.  I want to go to IHOP and eat until I satisfy my craving. ;D ;D ;D

I never craved anything when I was pregnant, but when I was having chemo a few years ago I craved two things, semi sweet chocolate and turkey club sandwiches on white toast.  Go figure!

Wow, it seems like everyone had a craving for pancakes or IHOP yesterday. I thought it was just me. Well in case you are wondering, I didn't get my pancakes. :( Instead I fixed chicken spaghetti. I'd still much rather have the IHOP.

I live down the street from fast food and restaurant central. Late at night sometimes I get the urge to drive down that street and hit every restaurant there, including IHOP. I think the weirdest craving I get is for a BLT. And I'm a vegetarian.

I  love pickles, chips, dark chocolate, coffee, POM juice, and often get cravings for these items. I used to do a food log, and it was like a pattern.
