Returning to FC

For whatever reason, I fell off doing FC. But I'm going to try and get back into the habit
Any stuff changed or added I should be aware of? It's been about half a year since I've been here 
I see a radio-thingy that's new right off the bat. And what's this about calling customer service or something and earning I saw someone mention?
Anything else that's new and *must do* worthy?

Yes, you must get those Paid to Call offers.  They are super simple and BIG money.  Just keep an operator on the line for about three minutes or so and BOOM your account is growing!  Easy as pie.  And, of course, there is good bonus money in keeping up with Kohler's weekly promotions in the Forums, doing your toolbar searches, Paid to Clicks, videos, Crowdflower tasks, survey attempts, checking out new offers, etc.

I have been here for a while now and I haven't gone away from it at any time.  I really like the amount of money we get for our time.  Sure I earn more on other sites but I have to put a lot more time in too.
