We just found out the girl who hit my husband is just that a girl. She is only a couple months older then my 18 year old. And apparently and this is just speculation, I don't think our lawyer or insurance company have gotten any replies from hers.

People on bicycles and motorcycles are hard to see as it is, even more so when you are distracted and not paying attention while driving. People don't seem to understand that driving is a privilege, not a right, and they should take responsibility.

Oh my! Saying a quick prayer for his recovery! Glad that y'all are home now, I know that makes y'all feel better! I agree that people who text & drive are extremely distracted. Hopefully y'all can get something passed!!!
