It was pale for me as well, but I tried it anyway.  No Carl's Jr. here, either, and the offer didn't work for me.  Oh well.  It was nice to see something new, however!

Finally good to see a free offer that doesn't require a credit card. Please add more offers like these.

This one credited pretty quick, you have to enter a zip code that has a Carl's Jr. there. I think most California zip codes will work since there seems to be a lot of them in that area.
After that just fill out your name and email and in about 10 minutes you should be credited.

EDIT: I was trying to hint to everybody that you don't have to have a Carl's Jr. in your area to qualify for credit. Like I say again, California zip codes work pretty well.
