do you stay late at work?

I work as a pizza delivery driver my schedule is all messed up i can get off early on time 3 hours late and sometimes is very annoying and am wondering how it is with most people do you get off work on time or do you stay late and if so how often?

Sometimes you are not going to have a choice and will be forced to work out late at night if you want to remain employed.

I usually come in a littler earlier or stay after work for 30-minutes to an hour just to get some work in without any interruptions.

I work in a law firm and I am out the door at 4:59 most days.

once in awhile, but not too often.
i'm scheduled until 6:30 daily, but if there is a customer
looking for invitations (mostly brides), and they come in
at 6:00... sometimes it's a long night! i'm the only one
in the store that manages the print studio, so i'm kinda
stuck.

it might only happen about once a month and i can make
up that time by leaving early or taking a longer break if
i want to.

The only time I stay late if there is a delay and it's certainly not my choice.  I hate days like those.

I used to have to stay late at work. Especially at the end of the month. I would not get home until around 10 or 11.

I work at a store and at night after it closes, we have to re-shelve merchandise, so yeah, I stay later.

I have a very flexible job.  As long as I work forty hours a week, I can go in anytime between 7 am and 7 pm Monday through Friday.  I was allowed to go in on the weekend one time when I had to miss a day due to my business so that was helpful.

I think having to stay over at work to help get caught up is just a part of life.

I have to stay late at work only if my boss is late to relieve me; which is quite often..... Or if we get in a conversation which is even more often since he is a good friend of mine and we find a lot to talk about.

i try to go home as soon as im off the clock at work. i just want to get the shift done and go home and relax.

If I had a job outside of home again, I would do whatever I needed to keep the job.

Yes, and bring it home. my schedule is constantly changing. I hate my job.
