I did the FedEx offer and received credit within 5 minutes. Easy offer.  I signed up for the UPS version quite a few months ago and received credit for that one right away too.

After seeing this thread I went to find the offer, found it, completed it, but never got credit.  I then suspected that because I used an alternate email that I preferred for FedEx notifications to go to rather than my email that I use for surveys and such that maybe it did not credit for that reason.  I went through the process again,, the second time using my email and account info that I use for this type of stuff....and STILL NO CREDIT.
It shows in my clicked offers list that I did it, but states "NO CREDIT"....???
Not sure why....I did open a support ticket.
It confuses me how some people complete offers and get credit quickly (which I do get credit pretty quickly most of the time) and how others take much longer to get credit, or just never get credit at all

I’m glad to complete this FedEex offer. I just recently received a package from FedEx last week. Like UPS, this will conveniently alert me of any packages that will be sent to my residence with the tracking details.

I didn't get credit either, and I did this yesterday. I was able to create my logon info, but when signing up for Delivery Manager (which you have to do to get this credit), I got an error saying that it could not verify me with the information I provided. That didn't make sense to me, so this morning I tried again using my previous last name (just got married 2 months ago) and a different email address and that didn't work either. I don't understand how it could "not verify me"....I'm using MY information!!  :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:

I just tried doing this offer. When I tried to enroll in the Delivery Manager, it won't let me proceed saying that it is not able to verify my identity. I enter all my valid information so I do not know what is wrong. Something is not right so now I cannot get the credit.

i submitted a support ticket...was told that i didn't get credit because i did the offer twice.....i did the offer over thinking i had to use the same email as i use for FC...  (which they say you don't...you can use any email, it tracks in a different way)...but anyway...that doesn't explain why i didn't get credit for the first time...wouldn't have had to re-do it ....so, basically, I did not learn anything from the response....i got the confirmation email and it did go thru the verify who i am portion of the sign up process and did confirm...but no credit.

I just contacted tech support for FedEx and they told me that there's a technical bug that's preventing many people from verifying their valid information they submitted. The developers are aware of it. They are currently working on fixing it. I hope they get it fixed as soon as possible so I can register for the Delivery manager.

I signed up for the offer but never got credit. I signed up for the UPS offer when available and did get credit. It is possible that I made a mistake when I did the FedEx offer. I never got a welcome or confirmation email. I may try again. With the FedEx offer, I was taken to other offers which I already had or did not want. I was able to skip the first page but did not have a skip option on the second page so I backed out.

Did you have to sign up for another free offer?

I went back to this offer and completed it correctly this time. I received confirmation emails but I have never gotten credit.  :( :BangHead:
