Well, I have tried this offer FIVE times to no avail, even after getting a reply to my support ticket after the 3rd attempt saying that the error I was getting had been fixed (see image below).  Still no go, so I give up!! 

I actually tried it more than 5 times and still no luck. I'm still getting that same message on that screenshot you posted.

I have attempted to complete this offer about 3 times over the past two months. I can never finish the registration because it always tells me it can't verify me. It does ask for your full name social security number (I believe?). Either way... I can't get it to credit because of their system. I've tried my maiden and married name, too, in case it was some issue with that. But nope. None for me.

I don't used Fedex, but I'll check it out because it seems like an easy offer and I could easily do it.

I love the UPS one and receiving email updates, so I will definitely sign up for the fedex one!

Wow, you actually bothered to try it 5 times??!!    Not me! Haha. Tried it twice and since the issue was on their end....I gave up after the 2nd attempt. UPS had no problem verifying my address/info when I completed the UPS offer a while back....so whatever! 

Yeah, I actually did, considering that FC told me that it had been fixed and since it's still showing up on my offer wall I figured I would give it another go, and another, and another, and another........ LOL!!

Same here....kept trying it because I just got married and moved a couple of months ago, so I thought maybe it would work if I used my maiden name/old address. Didn't work so I tried different combinations using my old & new name, and old & new address, but still no luck! It doesn't ask for your SS#....if it did, I would not have even attempted this offer.

i just did this offer, but not before i read this thread, so i made sure to take a screenshot on the final page where everything was verified and my registration was completed, hopefully when i next check back in with my FC account it will be credited

They even physically mailed me a letter to confirm my account but still did not receive credit.

Same here @ ernica. I received a postcard in the mail, but I never got credit for the offer. Oh well, maybe I will just stick to UPS.

i did this about a week ago and didnt get credit. i tried it today and realized i did it wrong. once i went through the whole thing i got credit fast.

I was thinking about trying this, but I haven't yet. I already use the UPS version, and I don't use FedEx too often.

Yes it said it was instant and still no pay ummm.  where do we tell fc about this in support?  or do they monitor these post and know?
