Still Not Getting Credit for Videos?

Haven't had one credit since the 4th....

Wow... That is not a pleasant one. What kind of browser are you using as this sometimes affects. What I will advise is for you to clear the cookies and the cache, restart your computer and then try again. I am pretty sure that should resolve it. I once had a challenge like this though it was for specific videos and not all so I changed to Mozilla Firefox and they credited as soon as I did that. In case you do all of these and it still doesn't work, then you might want to complain to the support team. All the best as you earn

I am using Firefox and the PC has been restarted a couple of times during this streak.
I'll keep trying.

I use google chrome to view the videos on FC and almost always get credit. Previously, I had had trouble and that is why I downloaded google chrome. However, very recently, I can not view surveys using goggle chrome. I get an error message. This problem trying to access surveys using google chrome began very recently.

The videos for me don't load in the first place. I haven't seen any videos on there for a couple months.

im still having trouble getting into my vedioes. it clicks on and goes right off. please help meto get into them

I cant get credit for watching those videos, its either will not load or if I'm lucky to watch it, it wont give credit at all

Make sure you watch to the very end otherwise you won't get credit.

Well, I had 2 that credited yesterday... thought the problem was fixed, but then the 3rd one wouldn't credit.

I am having same problem with the newer videos no credit.  CHanged my browser and still no credit.  Guess it is just the video.
