How early do you get up in the morning?

It was 5:30  am sharp for many many years.  Now that I'm retired, it's when I get up- 9, 10, or even 11.  I know it's not true, but I feel like I'm catching up on missed sleep.  I do like getting up early, 8 am, because I feel like there's more to my day.  I feel much more rested and relaxed at this point in my life.

I usually get up between 7 and 7:30 am, so that I could have my morning coffee and start my day.

Seems like when I don't have to get up early, I wake up early....with the sun when ever that is.  Then, when I do need to be up at 6, I just want to sleep.  Must me work avoidance.

I get up at 8am on the days I have to work and around 10am or so on the days that I am off from work.

I never sleep past 5:30 am if I do I feel as though I have wasted half the day and can never catch up on all that needs done something my dad installed in me never put off what you can do today kind of thing

go to sleep at 3am (after work) and get up at 8am (to go to class)

Now that I'm retired, I count hours instead of looking at the clock.  I feel so much better if I get eight hours of sleep.  I hate getting up with the morning half gone, but I hate, even more, giving up the night.  I'm usually going strong at 2 or 3 AM and I have to make myself go to bed.  If I don't have an early appointment the next day, I sleep until I don't want to sleep any longer and that usually comes to almost exactly eight hours.  Finally!!!  I get to sleep like I want to, after all these years!

I'm up between 6 and 7 every morning for work, except for weekends, when I try to catch up on sleep as much as possible.  Sundays I'm usually up between 8 and 9 for church.

I am on vacation!! I try to get up at 7am to go for my morning jogging.

I don't have a specific time, it varies day to day. I usually don't get up until after noon. Depending on a lot of things depends on when I get up. I almost always don't go to bed until somewhere after midnight.

No matter what time I got to bed I always wake up at 6am, even I went to seep at 3am.

Years of having to wake up early to go to work have made me into an early riser.

I wake up around 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. and listen to the radio for a couple of hours and then I get up and start my day.

Oooow... If I get up in the AM it's usually around 10 or later. I usually go to sleep @ 4/4:30AM after browsing the internet & watching TV.

I get up like 5:45 am in the morning and do what I have to do. Then about around 9am I might go back to sleep, and on the weekends I don't get up so early I may get up about 8am. It all depends on if I go to bed early at night, I get up real early in the morning
