Announcement: Changes coming to PTC on July 15th

Definitely a reasonable change...one that won't affect me much other than changing the order of things.  For those that this is new, it should be a welcome change as they will be earning an additional 5 cents everytime they decide to do the PTC...way awesome!

I'm perfectly okay with this as I typically try to do something each day.  If we have to have the 5 cents completed before doing the PTC, I'll just have to rearrange my routine.  If we can still do the PTC, but it won't credit until we complete the 5 cents sometime during the day - that might be better...but that will all depend on how you are setting up the tracking system.

I bet it is hard maintaining many different gpt sites.

This is not a big problem will just as long as it doesn't become a bonus. If it does become a bonus I would have to quit using this site since I use so many other GPT sites.

Lately I admit I was one of those people. But this change is not to hard to maintain as long as we have other offers that do not take to much time. Thaks for reducing the time on the PTC to help compensate for the requirement of making the daily quota.

My only fear is that the RadioLoyalty offer will vanish after a while,and I'll be forced into the dreaded "Tasks for a half penny" (seriously.Some are still a half penny?) to qualify.Otherwise,I'm good.

All this means for me is that I have to do the Videos, try for a survey, and do Radio Loyalty and/or task before I click on the PTC page. I've already done my PTC first today, so I'll probably start with this new routine tomorrow.

Not a big deal, and sustainability is always the goal. I appreciate the post detailing the reasons!

While it may not be particularly what everyone wants to hear, I think the it is reasonable and achievable for everyone. The requirements are fair and the changes are for the long term stability of the site.

For A minute I thought something much worse than what is being posted. This really should not effect too many people so getting 5 cents before you can do the PTC 15 cents is fair and I understand that. I should meet that everyday so it should not effect me at all much. It is a new month again and let all of us have a exciting good earning month For July.

I do have a question about the toolbar with the searches earnings and shopping, as well.

Since I cannot handle Internet Explorer nor Firefox on my laptop, as I had for a long while, and can only work with Google Chrome now, is there any way to be able to now download the toolbar through that one?  I miss doing all of my searches and my shopping, through the toolbar - including the convenience of it, as well.  Thank you, Kohler. 

Unfortunately I don't have a timespan for a Chrome toolbar.  We'd like to have it but it's up to the toolbar provider to do it.  They were supposedly working on it as long as 2 years ago. 
The basic issue is that Chrome is designed from the ground up to disallow toolbars.  There's just no way to implement the same functionality as you would expect from a toolbar.  Their add-on system is very limited and is setup that way on purpose.
All of this makes for a speedy and stable browser, but it does have its drawbacks.

I don't see a problem with this change either.  I'll just change the order of the way I do things.  Think I'll start doing that tomorrow, so I get in the groove!  PTC is usually the first thing I do, I'll just move it to the end!
