I either try reading, or I might watch a little TV. Sometimes a warm bath helps too.... I don't ever try this, but I have heard it works- Warm Milk... (YUCK)

I work out or watch a movie because if I just lay down I get bored.

I'm 37 years old and until this year I have never had a trouble sleeping.  This summer my sleep schedule has turned itself inside out.  I've been staying up late working online when we've had a somewhat of a decent connection..take a 1 hr nap.  Take my teens to town to destassel.  When I get back home I want to go to sleep so bad but i just lay there tossing and turning for a couple of hours.  Thank Goodness they get day's off so I can catch up on my rest...it's just weird.  I usually just toss and turn till I finally go than when my alarm goes off I end up pressing snooze a few times.

Before I would turn the light on and read or watch TV. But I'm sharing a room now so I don't really want to wake them up so I'll do stuff on my phone. It's starting to become a problem though. After doing some reading eating foods, like banana's, are supposed to be really good before bed so I may try that for a while.

I'll take a multivitamin, Vitamin D and calcium.  That usually helps me with a lot of things beside getting some good quality sleep.  I also play around on my computer until the supplements take effect.

Have a great day!
