I was watching some Youtube videos and one had instructions on how to do a split. I guess that's kind of on my bucket list. I can't do it (yet) but I want to learn.

Yes I was on my high school's dance team it was a requirement. Just keep stretching and you will be able to do the splits in no time!!

I use to be able to do the scissors splits and the straddle splits. I was the only one on my high school cheerleading squad that could do the saddle splits. My legs would probably break if I tried to do them now.

I am way past doing the splits. I tried to learn how to do that in Junior High and failed. I could never get al the way to the floor and gave up. I decided I would never be that limber. Now that I am in my 50s ther is now way! I have trouble doing a sit-up with this bellican!

I was a cheerleader so yeah I USED to could lol! I have joint hypermobility and lupus so I am unable to do the splits and many other things that I used to be able to do.

A "few" years ago I taught Aerobics classes. I always had my classes stretch out before we got started......I could do the splits easily then.

I cannot anymore.....

Manny years have gone by since i go do the splits, now i would hurt my self. Did them all the way through high school but as time goes my head says maybe and the old bod says are you crazy.

When I was younger, I was capable of jumping long and high, a fast runner, and strong legs. I never could do the splits.

no and I am not very interested in doing the splits. learning how to do them sounds like a painful experience.
