I sense your frustration, but the problems that you've described would be best served by communicating directly with Support.

Don't know how many support tickets you've sent in, but do try again.

Fusion Cash is a reliable organization.  If they can help you, they will.
If, however, the credits you've lost are due to advertisers reversing the credits, then FC will not be able to help.  If they don't get paid, they can't pay you.

If the problem is just a system glitch, it will work itself out and the credits will come back in due time.

In the meanwhile, keep doing Radio Loyalty, the videos and the daily click and post daily on the Forum to work toward the monthly Forum posting bonus.

Oh, another thing:  you can't cancel you account.  Oops! I'm wrong - see below.

You can walk away from it, if you want, but it will only become an inactive account.  Not sure whether it becomes inaccessible after a time.  Never had a reason to test that.

Ladavia89 is correct that you CAN cancel your account.  There is a link in the Terms of Service if you still want to do this:

""Cancellation/Deletion. If you wish to "cancel" or "delete" your account, you may do so by clicking here (login required). Note that deactivated accounts are not recoverable under any circumstances, and you may not create another account at any point after deactivation. "

I thanked your post for explaining the situation properly and for telling us that we can't cancel our accounts. I had never really thought about it, but since some sites allow you to cancel it might be thought that you can cancel your account here. I don't want to cancel, but your explanation is very helpful for members not in the know.

I'm not an expert on the workings of FC, but I've heard others say that FC has a very small staff, so I'm thinking maybe they could also get behind on helping with support tickets too. At times maybe they might miss some tickets due to error. I am not clear on this, but perhaps that could be why they haven't got back to some of the tickets as well.

It is actually possible to cancel your account. Just be aware that once you request that it's closed you won't be able to get an account again. The link is in the terms of service

Not all offers credit instantly. The higher paying ones, like Discover, take longer because it has to verify you completed the process before you can be paid. You've only been a member for a day so give it some time before you just decide it's not working

You didn't mention why your account decreased. Is it because an offer(s) was denied or did something expire or what?

Try to stay with it and send in another ticket support. You must trust in this website.

It would take a lot to cause me to close my FC account! I am not leaving.

That is really odd, did you put a support ticket in to find out why?

First Thing, This Is a Legit Site!                  Approved by the BBB!!   A+ Rating

Check out this Link for Payment Proof - http://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?board=13.0

                            ******************************

In order to make $$$, You Must Learn How This Site Works  :peace:

Recommend watching the "Tutorial Videos" on the FC Main Page as well as the Forum Main Page  :)

Always "Clear Your Cookies" BEFORE starting any offers/tasks/surveys  :notworthy:

When you complete an offer, especially surveys, keep the browser window open on your screen for 5-10 minutes or so...
I've learned it helps in the credit process!   ;)

As a new member you may be interested in checking out the following...
Under the "Support Topic" in this forum, go to "Updated:  FLOREZITTA'S BEGINNERS GUIDE to FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS"  ;D

Under the "Offer Topic" in this forum, go to "Offer Crediting Tips" from FC Member "Cuppycake"  8)

Do not do too many offers back to back.....You need to give the Advertisers some time between offers to credit them  :peace:

If you completed an offer on another site & you try to do it on FC as well, you will probably not receive credit for it here (again)   :BangHead:

Just remember, if you do not receive credit neither does FusionCash   :P

Hope this helps, Good Luck & Welcome
