PTC PROBLEM TODAY 9-11-13

While working on the PTC today, I couldn't get past the Pop Up where the video plays and you have to type in the code and then click on the button, "Redeem & Visit Toluna Opinions."  This is what I see, below, and even though I have tried numerous times and sometimes DID get the code, it will not take it and brings me right back to the Pop Up box where it's looking rather messy:



OK, I went back and tried it again and this time it worked and I got credited.  Not sure whether or not anyone else is having this problem, though, so I'll leave the post up.

Had the exact same problem, had to redo it twice until finally worked. RadioLoyalty gives me the same error on the Captcha as well, but I couldn't get it to work. It just bugged me out of it. Had to reload RadioLoyalty, and wait for the next Captcha to see if it's back working again.

You got further than I did.  I couldn't even get the captcha page to come up.  When I click the "finally" link, the page just sat there.

FC is trying to resolve the problems -- something related to their cloud...... server.  See the big thread on problems with the FC site -- started yesterday.

Radio Loyalty is hit and miss for me.  I get the following message on the window that should allow me to enter the captcha.  The refresh link for the captcha is also missing.

Can't locate object method "report_dc" via package "AC::Bouncr::Client" at /home/adcopy/htdocs/papi/lib/bouncr_report line 34.

FC will work it out; but it will take time and patience.

had a problem with this also this morning.......  finally after 4 try's it finally went through

Try again now....just did it and it worked fine.
