I think I like to be comfy and cozy and warm in bed than I like sleeping.
I love sleeping with big heavy blankets and being tucked in nice and warm.
That's why it's hard for me to get out of bed, not because I want to sleep more. I'm just too comfortable.

I only like sleeping for about 7 hours on a daily basis. I don't like taking extra time for it.

I LOVE to sleep... Although I know I do not get enough of it.... Having 2 kids 7/8 they don't allow for that much!

I like to sleep, without it we could not go.  I try to get 8 hours sleep each night, but not always able too.  When I wake up I have to get up.  If I lay there, I hurt and better when I get up and move around.  Hope everyone has a wonderful day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

oh wow i would love to get some sleep but being a stay at home mom means you get no sleep.  my husband always says that i need to take naps when my son sleeps however i dont think he realizes that is when i get the work done around the house and there are days when i dont even get to take a shower.  not only that but my son usually only takes a half hour nap twice a day by the time im ready to take a nap hes up and running around.  thank you coffee gods.

I like to sleep at times when I'm sick or under stress. I've heard that sleeping helps repair your body and that too little sleep can actually promote disease and sickness, etc because your body needs sleep to heal itself. However more than sleep I prefer to get actual rest. For me there is a difference since the sleep troubles I have had can mean that I got sleep, but will not wake up feeling refreshed and well rested. I've found that I can get a lot of sleep, but just one hour of real rest will make the difference in how I feel better than much sleep.

Yep, more than I should. ;)

Yes, your mind and body needs sleep or else you won't think right and will feel really tired.

I think this is a wonderful question. I don't know what it is about sleep and my thinking that I don't need much of it. I go to bed very late and wake up very early feeling fine. Most of the time I would get about 3 or 4 hours of sleep during a 24 hour period. It's been that way for years.

it is not that i do not like sleep, it just happens. I'll be trying to stay awake and then all of a sudden i'll start to fall asleep.
